The answer is an "NO." SLBA's services for colleges and universities are compensated on a fee basis. Insurance
commissions or payments from other parties that could provide services for insurance/financing
programs or student health services are not accepted. SLBA's consulting practice was almost
evenly divided during the past four years between health service programmatic reviews/strategic
planning and student health insurance/financing program consultation projects.
